marketing degree student project

A business degree in marketing can be the starting point of a career in many fields. Today’s business leaders must be effective decision makers with business skills and insight. TU’s Marketing degree can be completed entirely online, or at our campus in Thomasville.

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing provides students with a strong foundation of business practices and teaches students how to apply them to real-world circumstances.  Students complete introductory courses in accounting, economics, social responsibility and the legal environment in business.  The program focuses on providing students with the skills of analysis of business problems and opportunities, key business functions as well as analysis and implementation of business practices.

The Marketing degree online and on-ground combines broad-based business education with a practical understanding of marketing strategy and evaluation of marketing, including product and service development, research, planning, distribution channels, pricing strategy, and advertising.

The Business Division’s Business Leadership Advisory Board is comprised of corporate leaders from Fortune 500 companies, as well as principals from across the United States. These leaders provide valuable information concerning course content, internships, job opportunities and current business issues critical to the success of our students.
